By attending the Global Excavation Safety Conference, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree not to hold Excavation Safety Alliance, LLC or any of its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, or contractors liable for any illness or injury incurred, or potentially incurred, through participation in the Global Excavation Safety Conference.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY

By registering for this conference, delegate agrees to abide by the following restrictions and limitations. Force Majeure cancellations not addressed here and not attributed to Excavation Safety Alliance, LLC are not refundable.

Conference

• June 1, 2023 – August 11, 2023
  • all $811 registrations are final - purchase is nonrefundable in whole or part
  • not transferred to future events but transferrable to another person for use at current year’s event

  • refundable to original purchaser less $150 administrative fee -or-
  • applied to a Conference registration for subsequent year’s event with $150 fee* -or-
  • transferred to another person for use at current year’s event
    
    
• January 1, 2024 – March 15, 2024
  • not refundable
  • applied to a Conference registration for subsequent year’s event with $350 fee* -or-
  • transferred to another person for use at current year’s event

Expo, Exhibitor

Speaker Discount

Recipient must be a scheduled presenter, panelist, or moderator within the educational programming. Discount does not apply to exhibitor educational programming.

Networking Wristband

Wristbands included in Conference and Exhibitor registrations not individually refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY DUE TO ACT OF GOD, PANDEMIC, ETC.**

This policy applies only if the Global Excavation Safety Conference is cancelled due to an act of God, pandemic, etc.

• Conference Registrations:
  • applied to a Conference registration for subsequent year’s event less $150 processing fee
  • transferable to another person for use at subsequent year's event only
    
    
• All other registration options:
  
  • refunded in full through December 31, 2023, or
  • refunded less 10% fee after December 31, 2023, or
  • refunded in full through December 31, 2023, or
  • refunded less 25% fee after March 15, 2024
    
    
• Networking wristbands:
  • refunded in full
  • networking wristband provided as part of Conference or Exhibitor registrations are not individually refundable

**This policy only applies to a cancellation originated by ESA due to an act of God, pandemic, etc. Should you choose to cancel your registration, regular cancellation policies apply.
