What makes ACTS
Different
The original philosophy of ACTS was that the industry doesn't necessarily lack people who care about damage prevention. The problem is that stakeholders often have different perspectives, priorities, expectations, and levels of trust.
ACTS was created around the idea that better solutions come from getting those stakeholders to the same table, listening to different perspectives, and building mutual trust and respect.
That philosophy has evolved into a stronger emphasis on culture and behavioral change. ACTS now describes damage prevention as more than rules, technology, compliance, and slogans.
Lasting change in damage prevention happens when everyday behaviors, decisions, and expectations are aligned to succeed. Let’s work together to make it happen.
Here's how we do it:
We connect people, share ideas, challenge thinking, and turn conversations into action through publications, Summits, Town Halls, training, and collaborative programs like our Damage Prevention Innovation Lab. (DPIL) For more detailed information, check out the programs and services below.
Have a challenge that doesn’t fit the mold? Talk to us. We’ll explore the possibilities together, because when it comes to damage prevention, the possibilities have not been defined.
Global Damage Prevention Summit
Our vision is that damage prevention is and always has been a core and central issue that has slipped downstream within organizations over time. We hope to recover its original priority and will work with you to make that happen. Join us at the 2027 Global Damage Prevention Summit. Details coming soon.
