As part of National Safe Digging Month, the Common Ground Alliance (CGA) hosts its annual conference, bringing together industry stakeholders from all over North America. At this year’s conference, the CGA announced that it has appointed Ketha Molina of Texas811 and Jamie Gaddis of Kentucky 811 as Co-Chairs of the Regional Partners Committee, bringing strong leadership and a shared commitment to advancing damage prevention efforts across the country.

The Regional Partners Committee plays a vital role in connecting CGA initiatives with state, regional, and local organizations, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and the effective sharing of best practices. The CGA Regional Partner Program comprises over 60 partners who play critical roles in damage prevention across their regions. With extensive experience in the damage prevention industry, both Molina and Gaddis are well-positioned to guide the committee in strengthening partnerships and supporting local efforts that advance national safety goals.

Ketha Molina is widely recognized for her dedication to damage prevention and her ability to foster meaningful relationships across the industry, purposefully engaging with stakeholders to create a culture of awareness and safety. Jamie Gaddis brings a strong background in operations, coordination, and industry outreach, with a focus on improving communication and efficiency within damage prevention programs. Together, they offer a complementary leadership style that emphasizes both strategy and practical implementation.

As Co-Chairs, Molina and Gaddis will work to enhance communication between CGA and its regional partners, support the development of resources and initiatives, and help ensure that local perspectives are represented in national conversations. Their leadership comes at a time when collaboration and consistency across regions are more important than ever in reducing damages and promoting safe excavation practices.

Their participation as co-chairs will leave a lasting impact on the Regional Partners Committee, which continues to play a key role in advancing the organization’s mission to protect underground infrastructure and improve safety for communities nationwide.
